At Supliful, we strive to provide you with a seamless and efficient dropshipping experience. However, there are instances when an order might be put on hold temporarily. Here are some common reasons why this may happen:

  1. Label Verification Process: Your order's label is currently going through our verification process. This step ensures accuracy and compliance with the FDA and content requirements. Typically, the verification process takes 24-48 business hours after the order is placed.

  2. Label Issues: Sometimes, the uploaded product labels may lack essential company information. To avoid delays, please ensure that each label includes your company name and details. Additionally, make sure your labels adhere to our content requirements as well.

  3. Order Payment Failure: If the payment for your order did not go through successfully, it may be placed on hold until the payment issue is resolved. Our team will promptly reach out to you via email or chat to assist in resolving the payment matter.

  4. Out-of-Stock (OOS) Product: If your order contains an item that is currently out of stock, we will put the entire order on hold. Rest assured, once the product becomes available again and is received at our warehouse, we will promptly process and ship your order.

To ensure a smooth process, we recommend temporarily removing any out-of-stock products from your store. This step will help prevent orders from being placed on hold. Rest assured, we always notify our users about any out-of-stock situations.

Stay informed about important announcements by following our channels on WhatsApp or Discord. We regularly update our users on new stock availability, products being out of stock or discontinued, and any other relevant news.
