You have the freedom to customize the label design with your logo and colors. You are, however, required to display**:

  • The name of the dietary supplement

  • The net quantity of contents statement (amount of the dietary supplement)

  • The nutrition labeling (Supplement Facts)

  • The ingredient list (Supplement Facts)

  • YOUR company name and full address of the business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor. Click here for more details on the address format.

In the above example label sections are highlighted in three colors.

Green color means you can add, remove and freely modify the section's content. In the above example, you can change the name of the product and add your logo.

The Yellow color means you can only modify the content of the section:

  • In the Middle Panel, you can add/remove product benefits and highlight product properties ONLY as long as you add an asterisk so that it refers back to the disclaimer in the Left Panel. Do not use unproven claims or aggressive marketing.

  • In the Left Panel, you can provide more information on dosage ONLY as long as the manufacturer dosage remains the same.

  • In the Right Panel, you must add your Company Name and Address.

The Red Color means you mustn’t modify this section in any way.

However, for European countries, this section can be translated. Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers states that, where labeling is required, it should be "in a language easily understood by the consumers of the Member States where a food is marketed", so if you are exporting food products to the European Union, labeling needs to be in the most appropriate language for the country you are exporting to.

!!!Please note, that you are not allowed to add self-created barcodes on the labels as well. !!
But you are allowed to legally get and verify your GTIN number via your GS1 account.
Only then it can be placed on the label.

Verification

Before sending the products to your end customer first our internal labeling experts will verify the designed label and check whether it meets the above requirements. Once a design is approved all orders will be fulfilled automatically.

!NB! Please note that any active order will be placed on hold if you upload a new label to the product, as our team will have to check and verify it again.

** Labelling requirements for supplements vary from country to country. Each country has its own set of regulations that must be followed to ensure that the product is safe for consumption and accurately labeled. Ultimately, as the supplement seller, you are responsible for ensuring that your labels comply with all applicable regulations. By researching and staying up to date with the latest regulations, you can ensure that your product labels meet the requirements of the countries where you are selling them and protect your customers and your business.

!!! We also highly suggest placing a sample order as your initial order. This will allow you to see how your designed labels look in reality and test the product firsthand. Ordering a sample can be highly beneficial as it provides you with the opportunity to assess the quality, appearance, and overall impression of your branded products. It's always a good practice to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the end result before proceeding with larger orders.
