This is an easy workaround for creators selling Supliful products outside of Shopify or, for example, who want to send their customers some gifts.
It is important to note that for manual orders, the invoices will have the product prices that you have set up for your products in your Supliful account. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the Supliful shipping prices.
Kindly be aware that invoices are not included in the shipment to your end customers. They are intended for your reference and records exclusively.
First, log in to your Supliful account to place a manual order.
The product you want to order should be saved in the My Products tab either as a draft or as a published product.
Click on the My Products tab at the top.
On the right, click on the Create Order button:
Make sure manual order is selected:
In the search bar, start typing the name of the product you want to order or select it from the drop-down:
You can also order all products that you have worked with the generator at once by clicking the Select All button:
Once you have selected all the products you want to order, choose the country where you want the order shipped. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on the destination and the product weight. When ready, click on Checkout to proceed:
Next, either select the card you have already previously added to your Supliful account or add a new one and click Pay.
You will be taken to the last step, the Billing Address and Delivery Address. Once that is filled out, click Submit Order.
You can either enter the details right away or leave them for later. However, please note that we will only receive the order and start fulfilling it once you have submitted the order with the delivery details.
