At Supliful, we strive to provide you with a seamless and efficient drop shipping experience. However, there are instances when an order might be put on hold temporarily. Here are some common reasons why this may happen.
If your order contains an item currently out of stock, we will put the entire order on hold. The product mockup will turn transparent grey and display the restocking date underneath.
We recommend temporarily removing any out-of-stock products from your store to ensure a smooth process. This step will help prevent orders from being placed on hold. Rest assured, we always notify our users about any out-of-stock situations.
If the payment for your order did not go through successfully, it will be placed on hold until the payment issue is resolved. Please check this article on potential reasons for failed payments and how to act in such cases.
Your order's labels are currently being verified. This step ensures accuracy and compliance with the FDA and content requirements. Typically, the verification process takes 24 business hours after placing the order.
The uploaded product labels may sometimes lack essential company information. Please ensure that each label includes your company name and details to avoid delays. Also, please make sure your labels follow our content requirements as well.
Missing EORI Number:
If an order is meant to be delivered to the UK, the shipping label must include an EORI number. In case you did not enter your EORI number on your Supliful Settings page, all orders going to the UK will be automatically placed on hold until the number is entered on the Settings page.
This means that our fulfillment team has encountered some issues when trying to fulfill your order. They immediately notify our tech team to resolve this situation quickly.
