If you're unsure which fulfillment method to select, understanding the difference between a Sample order (for your internal use), a Manual order (for your customers), and a Bulk order (large-volume order) is essential.

Sample order: test and review (personal use only)

A Sample order is strictly intended for internal use by the business owner to evaluate product quality, test design options, or approve custom branding before selling to customers. Not intended for sales.

Purpose

To test the products and review custom label designs.

Usage

Strictly personal use only, not for resale or commercial sales.

Unit limits

Any product can be ordered for sampling. A maximum of 3 units per product is allowed in one order.

Pricing

Always priced based on Tier 1. A 10% discount is automatically applied if you order 3 sample units of any product.

Labeling

Your designed label. A sample disclaimer will be included on the product label.

Shipping

Express shipping is automatically applied.

Example

Valid sample order: 1 unit of Product A, 1 unit of Product B, 3 units of Product C.

Valid sample order: 3 units of product A.

Invalid sample order: 4 units of Product A.

Manual order: direct customer fulfillment (commercial use)

A Manual order is used to process a single, commercial sale that did not originate automatically through an integrated platform (like Shopify). It functions exactly like a regular customer order, but is manually entered by you.

Purpose

To fulfill an individual customer's order.

Usage

Commercial order suitable for regular customers, sending to creators, or fulfillment outside of your main sales channel.

Unit limits

No limits.*

*Orders exceeding 100 units and sent to a single address, will be treated as Bulk orders.

Pricing

Priced according to your individual pricing tier.

Fulfillment

Allows you to set your own retail price for the customer and ship directly to them at the standard shipping rates.

Shipping

Choose between Express and Standard shipping rates.

Bulk Order: inventory stocking (high volume)

A Bulk order is used when you need to order a large volume of products to be shipped to one address, typically for stocking your own warehouse or selling at a physical location or event.

Purpose

To create your own stock or prepare for a large event.

Usage

Large-volume inventory stocking. Not for individual customer fulfillment.

Unit limits

Starts from 100 units per order, no ceiling (same product/SKU).

Pricing

Calculated as a flat price per unit based on volume.

We automatically apply the lower price between the bulk rate and your current on-demand tier price, so you always get the best deal.

Shipping

Shipped as one large order to a single destination. Choose between Premium and Standard shipping rates.
