Supliful’s SKU-based price tiers help you get the best value based on your recent sales activity. Here’s how it works.

Tier-based prices: the basics

Every product (SKU) has its own price tiers, and the final price you pay is influenced by two factors:

  1. Your membership plan (Pro or Enterprise)

  2. Your 30-day order volume for that specific product (SKU)

How is my tier determined?

  • Your current price tier is calculated using your last 30-day order volume per SKU.

  • Your membership plan sets the maximum discount tiers you can access.

  • Prices adjust automatically as your order volume increases and/or your plan level changes.

The more you sell of a specific product, and the higher your plan, the better your price gets.

On-demand vs Bulk order pricing

Please note that sample orders by default are always charged at Tier 1 pricing, regardless of volume or membership plan.

You’ll notice two order types when checking prices:

On-demand orders

Bulk orders

Order type

Individual orders, fulfilled as they come in

Large one-time orders placed up front

Price logic

Price tier depends on your membership plan (Pro or Enterprise) and 30-day SKU volume

Flat prices per tier based on the quantity ordered at once

Samples

Sample orders are placed via the on-demand flow

Not applicable

Tier contribution

Bulk order volume is added to your on-demand 30-day order volume

Bulk orders do not change your tier directly, but help it rise over time

Important pricing rules & logic

Rule

Explanation

SKU-based

Each SKU’s price is based on its past 30-day order volume.

30-day window

Tiers are based on how many units you've ordered in the last 30 days.

Plan impact

Pro gives you access to tier 2-7 pricing. Enterprise unlocks better prices earlier, starting with Tier 4 pricing.

Bulk order volume

Counts toward your on-demand tier level.

Bulk vs on-demand

If a bulk order’s price is higher than your on-demand tier price, you’re charged the lower on-demand price.

Samples

Sample orders are always charged at Tier 1.

On-demand order example

Let’s say you’re on the Enterprise Plan, and your 30-day order volume for one SKU is:

  • 7450 units via on-demand orders

  • 800 units via a bulk order

Total SKU volume = 8250 units

This puts you in Tier 9 (7500–9999 units)

Please note: the prices shown in examples are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect actual current prices.

When you place a new on-demand order (even if it’s just 1 unit), your price will reflect Tier 9$7.29 (Enterprise rate). Even small on-demand orders benefit from your overall SKU volume, which includes past bulk orders.

Summary

  • Prices are dynamic, SKU-specific, and based on recent performance.

  • Bulk order volume contributes to your on-demand tier, helping you unlock better prices.

  • Supliful always gives you the lower price between your bulk rate and the on-demand tier rate.
