Users with the Supliful Pro annual or Enterprise membership can place Amazon FBA orders that will be shipped directly to Amazon facilities. Use this guide if you're placing an FBA order for the first time or need a refresher on the end-to-end process.
Place your order
To place an Amazon FBA order, go to the Orders page in your Supliful account, click the Order products button, select FBA order, and click Create Order:
By default, the United States will be preselected as the destination country, as Amazon FBA orders can only be sent to US-based Amazon facilities.
Select the product and enter the number of boxes you want to ship to the Amazon facility. Each product has a predefined box that can accommodate a certain number of units.
Only one product can be shipped in a single Amazon FBA order (i.e., Energy Strips or Ox Bile Complex)
Proceed to the order confirmation page and click Complete order to place your order.
After your order is created
Shipping label setup and instructions
Once your order has been created, you will receive a confirmation email with the necessary information required to create an order in the Amazon Seller Center (box quantity and dimensions).
Important! When creating an order in the Amazon Seller Center, you must select either USPS or UPS and choose thermal transfer shipping labels.
Once you have generated the shipping label file in Amazon Seller Central, go to the Orders page in your Supliful account and under the FBA order menu, click Add Shipping Label.
In case you have multiple shipping labels, please merge all FBA and shipping label files into a single PDF file first, as only one file upload is allowed.
In the pop-up window:
If your file includes multiple labels, you may use any of the provided tracking numbers.
Shipping label verification & invoice generation
Once the shipping labels have been uploaded, our sourcing team will review and verify them.
This step is required because we need the shipping destination information from the uploaded labels before generating the invoice.
After the labels have been successfully verified, you will receive your pre-payment invoice.
Important: The order is not paid for immediately after creation. Payment is requested only after the shipping labels have been reviewed and approved.
To proceed with fulfillment, the pre-payment invoice must be settled.
Once payment is received, we’ll confirm product availability and forward the order for fulfillment.
What happens next
After the shipping labels have been verified and payment has been received, the order will be removed from hold and sent to fulfillment.
As soon as it is shipped to the Amazon facility, the order status will be updated to Completed.
Orders up to 500 units are generally fulfilled within 5 business days after payment and shipping label verification. Larger orders may require additional processing time.
Note: Once your labels are uploaded and the package is picked up, please read this article to understand how shipping responsibility transfers to you and how to handle any transit issues with the carrier.
