You can order samples at the base (production) price before selling them to make sure you're offering the best to your customers. You might also want to customize labels before placing an order to check out how your custom branding will look on the actual product.

To place a sample order first log in to your Supliful account.

The product that you want to order should be saved in the My Products tab either as a draft or as a published product.

  1. Click on the My Products tab at the top.

  2. On the right, click on the Order Samples button:

  3. In the search bar, start typing the name of the product you want to order or select it from the drop-down:

  4. You can also order all products that you have worked with the generator at once by clicking the Select All button:

  5. Once you have selected all the products that you want to order, choose the country you want the order to be shipped to. Based on the destination and the product weight, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically. When ready, click on Enter Shipment Details to proceed:

  6. Next, you need to add the Billing Address and Delivery Address. Once that is filled out, simply click Save and Next.

  7. Finally, you will be taken to the last step which is Completing the Payment.

If you have Supliful credits - you can use them as payment first.
!Important! If you do not have enough credits to cover the total order cost, make sure to leave at least $2 for the card payment. Card transactions less than $2 can not be accepted. So your order will be stuck unpaid.

Then select the card you have already previously added to your Supliful account or add a new one and click Pay. You can also use Supliful in-store credits to cover the costs of Sample or Manual orders.

We hope you enjoy your samples and it will help you select the best products for your customers!
