Are there customs fees for international orders?

Learn what to expect when shipping orders outside the USA.

In case you need an order to be delivered outside of the USA, please note that international orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees.

Supliful does not collect or control customs fees. Any import fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are set by the destination country's government and are typically collected by the local postal carrier upon delivery. These costs are entirely separate from what Supliful charges you.

Your international customers are responsible for paying any customs or import fees when they receive their package. Keep in mind to communicate this clearly in your store before they check out.

When setting or updating your retail prices, please note that customs agencies often calculate duties and fees based on the declared retail price of the order. Setting your retail price thoughtfully can help your customers avoid unexpected costs at delivery.

Since customs regulations vary widely by country and change frequently, we recommend researching the import rules for each market you sell into. Supliful is not responsible for customs fees, delays, or compliance requirements, and we're unable to provide guidance on specific regulations.
