Sample order is meant for Store owners only.
You can order samples at the base (production) price before selling them to ensure you're offering your customers the best. You might also want to customize labels before placing an order to check how your custom branding will look on the product.
Manual order is meant for your customers.
This is an easy workaround for Store owners selling Supliful products outside Shopify, or, for example, want to send their customers some gifts.
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the Supliful shipping prices.
