One of the essential parts of setting up your store after creating and publishing products is setting up the shipping rates. You want to ensure you are not overcharging your customers and, simultaneously, not losing money on free shipping.
It's important to note that these will be the prices your customer pays you for delivering their goods. It means you can:
offer the same shipping prices as Supliful (set up the same weight-based rates as Supliful)
earn an extra buck by making the delivery cost slightly higher (set up your rates the way you want them)
Set the delivery price lower or even free, which is a great marketing strategy for your store (set up free shipping).
Free Shipping
It is an excellent alternative if you are not willing to waste too much time setting shipping rates. It implies that you will raise each product's retail price to cover the delivery cost.
It is important to note that you will still pay Supliful for the order delivery - the delivery will be free to your store customers.
Perks
Setup is fast and easy
Reduces shopping cart abandonment
Attracts more new customers
Good shipping experiences retain customers
Helps to remain competitive
Drawbacks
Increased retail prices
Shipping rates might increase, and you will have to either raise the product price or absorb the cost.

Setting Up Weight-Based Rates
When you publish a product to your Shopify store, all the details are automatically synched, including the product weight. That way, you do not need to manually enter each product's weight in case you decide to go with the weight-based rates.
In your Shopify dashboard, go to Settings → Shipping and Delivery->Next to General Shipping Rates, click Manage Rates
Under the Shipping Origins section, delete any existing rates for all shipping zones under the Supliful Fulfillment.
On the right from Supliful Fulfillment, click Manage.
Select New rates for Supliful Fulfillment under Create New Rates:
Next, click Create Zone under Supliful Fulfillment:
Please note that currently, we do not offer Worldwide shipping. Check the full list of countries here.
Once you have your Shipping Zone set up, it's time to create rates following the Supliful shipping prices.
In the below example, we will demonstrate how to set up weight-based rates for the United States.
Under the shipping zone, click Add rate, and in the pop-up window, click on Add Conditions:
Enter the name of the rate (i.e., “Regular”), and following our shipping prices, set the price and the maximum weight. In the screenshot below, you can see that we have set the price to $6 for orders under 1lb:
Repeat steps 8 and 9 for each weight category. Once you have them set up, your rates should look similar to this:
Repeat steps 6 - 10 to set up rates for each zone you want your products to be delivered to.
Setting up Express Shipping in USA
⚡Please note that currently, we offer Express Delivery to the USA only, and only for Shopify orders.
Once you've created a shipping zone for the US, click on Add Rate.
Select "Set up your own rates", type in the name rate.
! Please note that you must type in Express in the method name in order for our system to recognize the delivery method! It can be capital or lower-case letters, but the name must include the word Express.
If we cannot detect the shipping method automatically, the cheapest will be used as a default value and it might not be the express one.Click Add Conditions, and make sure it is set to Based on item weight. Set up the maximum weight for this rate and add the price. Click Done.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each weight category.
Set Up Your Own Rates
As mentioned, you can set up the weight-based rates if you are willing to charge your customers the exact amount you will be paying Supliful for the delivery.
However, you can set up your rates and charge your customers as much as you want for the shipping.
