When selling Supliful products through ClickFunnels, setting up accurate shipping rates ensures that your customers are charged correctly based on product weight and destination.
Step 1: Access Shipping Profiles in ClickFunnels
Log into your ClickFunnels account.
From the left-hand sidebar, go to Workspace Settings.
Select Shipping from the list of options.
In the Shipping Configuration page, make sure you’re on the Profiles tab.
Step 2: Create a New Shipping Profile
Click Create shipping profile on the right side of the screen.
In the New shipping profile window:
Enter a descriptive name, e.g. “Supliful Product Shipping.”
Click Select products to assign your added Supliful products.
Check the boxes next to the products you want included, then click Select.
Click Create profile to save.
You’ll then be directed to the profile edit page to set up your shipping zones and rates.
Step 3: Configure Shipping Zones
On the profile edit page, scroll down and click Create shipping zone.
Give your zone a name - for example:
“United States”
“Europe”
“Canada”
Select the corresponding countries or regions.
Click Create zone.
You can create multiple zones if you sell internationally.
Step 4: Add Shipping Rates Based on Supliful Prices
Now you’ll add rates for each shipping zone, using Supliful’s pricing by weight.

To add a rate in ClickFunnels:
Inside your shipping zone, click Add rate.
In the New rate details window:
Enter a Rate name (e.g., “US Standard 0–1 lb”).
Enter the Price (e.g., $6.50).
(Optional) Toggle Add conditions to define:
Minimum and maximum order weight (to match Supliful’s ranges).
For example:
Min weight: 0.51 lb
Max weight: 1 lb
Click Create rate to save.
Repeat these steps to add multiple weight tiers or zones (e.g., Europe, Canada).
Best practices for Supliful users
Match your ClickFunnels shipping rates with Supliful’s current pricing to avoid undercharging customers.
Set clear weight-based tiers for each zone to reflect Supliful’s fulfillment costs accurately.
Update your profiles if Supliful’s shipping prices change.
