New Subscription Model Explained
Our Free plan is about to evolve into the Base plan to offer you the best experience in the future. Here’s what’s happening:
New price: $29/month or $23/month annually (saving you 20%).
Special offer: your first month is just $1!
Same great perks you’ve enjoyed, just under a new name!
Why?
This change allows our engineers to continue providing you with the best tools and exciting new features to help you grow and succeed.
What Changes?
All previously free features will now require a Base Plan. Additionally, with the base plan, you can connect only one store - Shopify or TikTok.
Existing users with more than one store connected will get to keep all of them but will require an active subscription plan to fulfill orders through those.
Free Trial Explained
Once the new subscription model gets rolled out on October 16th, all existing and new users will be eligible for a free trial period:
1) Existing users (as of October 16th)
a Verified Email Address: If Your email address is verified, you will receive a 7-day free trial, starting on October 16th, 2024, and ending on October 23rd, 2024.
b Unverified Email Address: If Your email address is unverified, you will receive a 3-day free trial, starting on October 16th, 2024 and ending on October 19th, 2024.
2) New Users (signing up after October 16th)
After signing up and verifying Your email address, you will receive a 3-day free trial. The trial period begins as soon as Your email is verified and lasts for 3 days.
What Is Included In The Free Trial?
The free trial is a demo of the Base Plan, so all the features that were previously free:
Basic Product Mockups
Connecting one store, Shopify or TikTok
Customizing and Publishing products
Order Fulfillment
Additionally, we are giving a 20% discount on the first sample order placed during the free trial period. To unlock the discount, you need to add at least 3 different products to the sample order but limit the amount of each product to 3 units.
What Happens When The Free Trial Ends?
Once the free trial ends, and you don't have an active subscription, all the features will be disabled:
You will not be able to customize and publish products
You will not be able to connect new stores
All orders coming in from stores that were connected during the free trial period will be automatically declined.
Don't worry—if an order comes in before the free trial period ends, we will still fulfill it.
However, you can still place manual and sample orders with products you have either published or saved as a draft during the free trial period.
Subscriptions
Users can purchase any plan they desire during the free trial and after it ends.
If a user purchases a subscription plan before the free trial ends, the unused free trial period will be automatically added to the first month of the subscription.
First Month Deal
We understand that 3 days might not be enough time to test everything out and decide whether you want to continue using our service.
That is why, when subscribing to any plan that Supliful offers, the first month costs only $1! Starting the second month, you will pay the regular subscription price.
What If I Already Have A Subscription?
If you already have an active subscription, when the new subscription model rolls out, nothing will change, and you can continue business as usual.
