Sell More to Earn More

If you have an active subscription plan, you can qualify for volume discounts by increasing your sales.

How Does It Work?

Each month, your eligibility for a volume discount is based on the total sales of a specific Supliful product. If you reach a certain sales tier for that product, a volume discount will automatically apply starting on the 1st of the following month.

All order types are included: Shopify, TikTok, sample orders, and manual orders.

Units are counted as sold when the order status changes from "New" to "Accepted."

Important to Note
Suppose you sell the same Supliful product under different names (e.g., "Complete Multivitamin" as both "Multivitamin for Men" and "Multivitamin for Women"). In that case, these will be counted together when calculating your total sales for volume discount eligibility.

On the 1st of each month, your sales count resets to zero, and you'll need to earn the volume discount again. If you don't reach the same sales tier in the new month, the discount will be deactivated for the following month.

Example

In August, you sold 500 units of a product and earned a 5% discount. Starting September 1st, the product price will be reduced to $10.93 from the regular $11.50. However, if you don't sell 500 units in September, the price will revert to $11.50 on October 1st.

Where Can I See The Volume Discount Tiers?

You can check the volume discount tiers for all products here.

Additionally, you will find that link on each product page in the catalog:

How Can I Track My Progress?

In your Supliful account, click on your avatar and go to the Volume Discounts page. There, you can see how your products perform individually and how many more units you need to sell to reach the next discount tier.

The current price reflects what you're paying for a product right now. The next price shows what you'll be charged per product starting next month. Soon, we’ll roll out a third price, showing how much you’ll pay for a product once you hit a specific sales level.
