By default, TikTok offers two ways to handle order deliveries - TikTok Shipping and Seller Shipping.
Seller Shipping is required for sellers using dropshipping services such as Supliful. If your TikTok account is set to TikTok Shipping, Supliful will not be available to ship the order, as the delivery address will remain encrypted.
!NB! The same applies to orders that are being imported using the Shopify integration.
Step 1: Setting up a warehouse
In the TikTok Shop Seller Center, on the left sidebar, under the Orders section, select Shipping Settings.
Under “Fulfillment,” click Setup next to Warehouse Settings.
Enter the following address:
Warehouse Name: Name it “Supliful” (do not use any other name);
Contact Person: Add your name
Phone Number: Add your phone number
Address: 14701 W. 65th Way, Suite 5. Arvada, CO 80004.
Shipping regions: select “United States” (all states)
Save the changes.
Next, set up a Return Warehouse using the same address. Click Add Warehouse, check “Same as the saved warehouse address,” and save the changes.
Step 2: Selecting “Seller Shipping”
Now, you can always set your own shipping rates, as this is how much your customer would pay you for the delivery. Below, we will demonstrate how to set up shipping rates to match our own so your customers will be paying the same shipping rates you would be paying. Lower, you can also check out how to set up free shipping if you want to incorporate the shipping costs into your product prices or simply want to have a Free Shipping promotion.
On the Shipping Settings page, go to the Shipping and Delivery section. By default, it will be set to TikTok Shipping. You will need to click Switch Option and select Seller Shipping:
Step 3: Setting Up Shipping Templates
Scroll down on the same page to see shipping Templates. Choose "+Create” at the top right corner. In the pop-up window, select "Create a New Template" and click Confirm.
Give your template a name (i.e., Supliful) and assign the warehouse you created. Set the rate model to Weight-based.
Check “Standard Shipping,” then click “Edit.”:
Select all the states you wish to deliver to, or simply check Select All. In that case, make sure to scroll down and manually check Hawaii and Alaska, if you wish to ship there as well, as they are not being automatically selected. Click Save.
Next, click Use Price Conditions to set up your rates:
There you will be able to set up the shipping rates based on weight, similar to how we do for Shopify, according to our US Domestic (Regular) rates:
Once ready, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
