By default, TikTok offers two ways to handle order deliveries - TikTok Shipping and Seller Shipping.

Seller Shipping is required for sellers using dropshipping services such as Supliful. If your TikTok account is set to TikTok Shipping, Supliful will not be available to ship the order, as the delivery address will remain encrypted.

!NB! The same applied to orders that are being imported using the Shopify integration.

Step 1: Setting up a warehouse

  1. In the TikTok Shop Seller Center, go to “My Account,” → “Account Settings” → “Warehouse Settings,” or click here.

  2. Under “Pickup Warehouse,” click Add Warehouse.

  3. Enter the following address:

    • Warehouse Name: Add any name (e.g., “Supliful”)

    • Contact Person: Add your name

    • Phone Number: Add your phone number

    • Address: 14701 W. 65th Way, Suite 5. Arvada, CO 80004.

    • Shipping regions: select “United States” (all states)

  4. Save the changes.

  5. Next, set up a Return Warehouse using the same address. Click Add Warehouse, check “Same as the saved warehouse address,” and save the changes.

  6. Make sure you set the warehouse as default under Default warehouse (storage).

Step 2: Creating a Shipping Template

Now, you can always set your own shipping rates, as this is how much your customer would pay you for the delivery. Below, we will demonstrate how to setup shipping rates to match our own, so your customers would be paying the same shipping rates you would be paying Supliful. Lower, you can also check out how to set up free shipping if you want to incorporate the shipping costs into your product prices or simply want to have a Free Shipping promotion.

  1. Under "Orders," go to “Shipping Templates” or simply click here:

  2. Choose "+Create” at the top right corner. In the pop-up window, select "Create a New Template" and click OK.

  3. Give your template a name (i.e., Supliful) and assign the warehouse you created. Set the rate model to Weight-based.

  4. Check “Economy Shipping,” then click “Edit.”:

  5. Select all the states you wish to deliver to, or simply check Select All. In that case, make sure to scroll down and manually check Hawaii and Alaska, if you wish to ship there as well, as they are not being automatically selected. Click Save.

  6. Next, click Use Price Conditions to set up your rates:

  7. There you will be able to set up the shipping rates based on weight, similar to how we do for Shopify, according to our US Domestic (Regular) rates:

  8. Once ready, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Selecting “Seller shipping”

Next, under Orders, go to Shipping Options and select “Seller shipping” to ensure that your orders will be imported to Supliful.

How to Set Up Free Shipping

!NB! You still need to go through all the steps above, even if you plan to offer free shipping all the time.

  1. Under Marketing, go to the Promotions Page.

  2. Click Create under “Shipping fee discount” and select the following options:

    • Promotion period: Indefinite

    • Shipping areas: All areas

    • Shipping fee discount type: Free shipping

    • Promotion criteria: None

    • Applies to: Entire shop

  3. Click Agree & Publish.
