By default, TikTok offers two ways to handle order deliveries - TikTok Shipping and Seller Shipping.

It is completely up to you which option you would like to use - the main difference is the shipping cost. If you use Seller Shipping, you will pay Supliful for the delivery per the Supliful Shipping Prices. If you opt for TikTok Shipping, you will buy the shipping labels directly from TikTok, and Supliful will only charge you for the products.

TikTok Shipping

When using TikTok shipping, you buy the shipping labels directly from TikTok, which are passed on to Supliful whenever an order arrives. When using the TikTok Shipping method, Supliful will not charge you additionally for the shipping and will only charge you the product costs.

It is important to note that when using TikTok Shipping, the end-customer delivery address will appear encrypted. That is done to protect the customer data. Please do not worry - TikTok will automatically generate the shipping label Supliful uses to deliver the order, even if the address appears encrypted on your end.

!NB! TikTok offers deliveries through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. However, Supliful delivers only through USPS. So, if you opt for TikTok Shipping, please ensure you only enable the USPS services. Otherwise, we will not be able to ship out your orders.

More info about TikTok Shipping can be found here.

Seller Shipping

Step 1: Setting up a warehouse

  1. In the TikTok Shop Seller Center, on the left sidebar, under the Orders section, select Shipping Settings.

  2. Under “Fulfillment,” click Setup next to Warehouse Settings.

  3. Enter the following address:

    • Warehouse Name: Name it “Supliful” (do not use any other name);

    • Contact Person: Add your name

    • Phone Number: Add your phone number

    • Address: 14701 W. 65th Way, Suite 5. Arvada, CO 80004.

    • Shipping regions: select “United States” (all states)

  4. Save the changes.

  5. Next, set up a Return Warehouse using the same address. Click Add Warehouse, check “Same as the saved warehouse address,” and save the changes.

Step 2: Selecting “Seller Shipping”

Now, you can always set your own shipping rates, as this is how much your customer would pay you for the delivery. Below, we will demonstrate how to set up shipping rates to match our own so your customers will be paying the same shipping rates you would be paying. Lower, you can also check out how to set up free shipping if you want to incorporate the shipping costs into your product prices or simply want to have a Free Shipping promotion.

  1. On the Shipping Settings page, go to the Shipping and Delivery section. By default, it will be set to TikTok Shipping. You will need to click Switch Option and select Seller Shipping:

Step 3: Setting Up Shipping Templates

  1. Scroll down on the same page to see shipping Templates. Choose "+Create” at the top right corner. In the pop-up window, select "Create a New Template" and click Confirm.

  2. Give your template a name (i.e., Supliful) and assign the warehouse you created. Set the rate model to Weight-based.

  3. Check “Standard Shipping,” then click “Edit.”:

  4. Select all the states you wish to deliver to, or simply check Select All. In that case, make sure to scroll down and manually check Hawaii and Alaska, if you wish to ship there as well, as they are not being automatically selected. Click Save.

  5. Next, click Use Price Conditions to set up your rates:

  6. There you will be able to set up the shipping rates based on weight, similar to how we do for Shopify, according to our US Domestic (Regular) rates:

  7. Once ready, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

How to Set Up Free Shipping
