Starting January 1st, 2026, TikTok will only allow orders to be fulfilled through TikTok Shipping.
If you are currently using Seller Shipping, please switch to TikTok Shipping in advance to avoid interruptions.
How TikTok Shipping Works
When using TikTok Shipping:
You purchase the shipping labels directly from TikTok
TikTok sends the label information to Supliful
Supliful fulfills the order and charges you only for the product
Supliful does NOT charge you for shipping
Also note: TikTok encrypts the end-customer’s delivery address.
This is normal and done to protect customer data. TikTok will still generate a complete and valid shipping label for Supliful.
⚠ Carrier Compatibility - IMPORTANT!
TikTok offers multiple carrier options (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
However, Supliful fulfills exclusively via USPS.
Therefore:
When configuring TikTok Shipping, you will need to make sure USPS is selected, and UPS/FedEx are not enabled.
Otherwise, Supliful will not be able to ship the order.
NEW: Basic vs. Upgraded TikTok Shipping
TikTok currently offers two shipping configurations:
1. Basic TikTok Shipping (Recommended for Supliful Sellers)
With Basic, the seller can manually select which carriers are available.
For Supliful, you must enable:
✔ USPS Ground Advantage only
This ensures compatibility with Supliful's fulfillment workflow.
2. Upgraded TikTok Shipping (Not Compatible for Supliful Sellers)
With Upgraded Shipping, TikTok automatically selects the best carrier for the customer at checkout.
Since TikTok may choose UPS or FedEx (not supported by Supliful), this may result in orders that cannot be shipped.
Therefore, sellers must NOT upgrade their TikTok Shipping plan.
So the rule is simple:
Do NOT upgrade TikTok Shipping. Use the Basic plan with USPS Ground Advantage enabled.
Step-by-Step Setup
1. Set Up Warehouse Information
Go to:
TikTok Shop Seller Center → Orders → Shipping Settings
Under Fulfillment, click Setup next to Warehouse Settings, then enter:
Warehouse Name: Supliful
Contact Person: Your name
Phone Number: Your phone number
Address:

United StatesShipping Regions: United States (all states)
Save changes.
Next, set up a Return Warehouse using the same address.
Click Add Warehouse, check Same as saved warehouse address, save.
Optional: Offering Free Shipping
Even if you plan to offer free shipping, you must still complete the warehouse setup above.
To enable a storewide free shipping promotion:
Go to Marketing → Promotions
Under Shipping fee discount, click Create
Configure:
Promotion period: Indefinite
Shipping areas: All areas
Type: Free shipping
Promotion criteria: None
Applies to: Entire shop
Click Agree & Publish.
