When an order is canceled, Supliful converts the refunded amount into Supliful credits, which are available in your Supliful account.
One of the primary advantages of receiving a refund in the form of Supliful credits is the ability to place a new order immediately. With Supliful credits, you can pay for any new order right away (both placed within the Supliful profile and received from your store).

If you prefer to have the funds returned to your original payment method rather than receiving Supliful credits, contact the support team at [email protected]. Before reaching out, please note the following:
Supliful credits must be tied to a specific canceled order to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
Credits not associated with an eligible canceled order cannot be refunded to a payment method.
Refunds to your original payment method may take several business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Courtesy credits in your account are not affected and will remain available for future use.
