Previously, Supliful credits could only be used for manual and sample orders. But now, you can apply your credits to any incoming Supliful order.

To make sure your Supliful credits are used first before your card is charged, follow these steps:

1. Click on your Avatar Bubble and choose Billing tab;

2. Scroll down to the Payment Methods section.

3. Tick the "Use Supliful credits as the primary payment method" checkbox.

4. Click Save.

We will automatically charge your added credit card if you run out of store credits left.

If you do not have enough Supliful credits to cover the entire order cost, we will deduct the remaining Supliful credits from your Supliful account, then charge your added credit card for the remaining amount.

I.e., If you have $50 Supliful credits, but an order you wish to fulfill is $60, we will deduct all the Supliful credits from your account ($50), then charge your credit card for the remaining $10.

!Important! If you do not have enough Supliful credits to cover the total order cost, make sure to leave at least $2 for the card payment. Card transactions less than $2 can not be accepted. So your order will be stuck unpaid.
