How to cancel an order?

Learn how to cancel an order by yourself

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after they come in, while in the status NEW. Once the order status changes to Accepted, the order can be edited or canceled with Customer Support help only.

Please note that an order can not be canceled if:

  • The ordered item has been added to a generated print batch;

  • The ordered item is already prepared

To cancel an order:

  1. Login into your Supliful account.

  2. Open the Orders page.

  3. Find the order you want to cancel and click on the three dots on the right. In the dropdown, select Cancel.

4. A pop-up window will appear. Confirm the order cancellation by clicking Yes:

A confirmation message that the order has been canceled will appear at the bottom left corner, and the order status will change to Canceled.

The order cost will be refunded with Supliful credits.
