How to update the label of the existing/ ordered product?

If you need to upload a new label to your existing or ordered product, you can do that directly in your Supliful profile.

1. Click on your Avatar Bubble and navigate to My Products;

2. Find the product that you wish to change the label for can click on the Pencil image next to it:

3. Once the product editing page is opened, scroll down to Step 2 and click on the Change PDF button:

4. Upload a new PDF file (label size should not be bigger than 10MB) and click Apply on the pop-up message if you wish to apply the new uploaded label to your current unfulfilled orders:

5. Done!


!NB!. If you need to correct the label for the ordered product, make sure you do not delete the old product from the My Products tab or add a new one from the catalog.

By default, whenever you upload a new print file to an existing product, the product gets republished and all the setup gets reset to default.


To prevent this from happening, please visit your Supliful account Settings by clicking on your Avatar bubble first:



Then scroll down to Advanced Settings. Tick the checkbox next to "Prevent Shopify product update on print file change" and click Save.

That way your Shopify product listing will not change, but we will use the new print file to fulfill your orders.
