To access the product label templates, you need to access the Product Generator by logging into your account.
First, choose the product you are interested in, and press “Customize and sell” button:
Under the mockup, you’ll see two options for creating your label design: either use our Label Designer to design it yourself or order a professional label design from our team.
Click on the "Create label" button to open the editor:
In order to download the .ai template, you need to click on the "Upload a Design button" there:
