Sometimes, the mockup may show the side of the label instead of the center, and it can look like something’s wrong - but this isn’t a bug.

Our mockup system uses a fixed area of the label when generating product previews.
If your label design doesn’t match our template layout exactly (for example, if your logo or main design is placed differently), the system might display a slightly shifted view - often showing the side instead of the middle.

The mockup tool can’t automatically adjust for every unique label design. It always uses the same preset view to keep things consistent across products.
