Did you receive the fulfillment request denial on your Shopify panel?
Do not panic! First, click on the order to find out the reason for the denial:
There might be a few reasons why Supliful declined your order's fulfillment:
Wrong/missing shipping address;
Missing phone number in the shipping address;
Missing First or Last name;
Unsupported characters in the shipping address (make sure to use only Latin letters and numbers)/
Please check if all information is entered correctly:
Click the "Save" button and request fulfillment again!
If your order is still being declined, please do not hesitate to contact the support team.
