Why is my order getting declined by Supliful?

My fulfillment request was declined in the Shopify admin panel.

Did you receive the fulfillment request denial on your Shopify panel?

Do not panic! First, click on the order to find out the reason for the denial:


There might be a few reasons why Supliful declined your order's fulfillment:

  • Wrong/missing shipping address;

  • Missing phone number in the shipping address;

  • Missing First or Last name;

  • Unsupported characters in the shipping address (make sure to use only Latin letters and numbers)/

Please check if all information is entered correctly:


Click the "Save" button and request fulfillment again!

If your order is still being declined, please do not hesitate to contact the support team.
