Once you have fully set up your store and products, we pretty much handle the rest.

Once a customer has processed the payment and placed an order in your store, we automatically receive the order in Supliful, charge your card for the product and shipping costs, and begin the fulfillment process.

It takes approximately 3-5 working days for the order to be fulfilled.

Once the order is ready, we print the shipping label with your store name on it and ship it out. Once it reaches the shipping facility, your customer will receive an email with the tracking code for their order.

Since by default Shopify stores are set to Manual Fulfilment, you would need to either send each order to Supliful manually by clicking the Request Fulfillment button:

OR you can set your Shopify store to Automatic Fulfillment by visiting the Shopify Settings --> Checkout. There, scroll down to the Order Processing section and under the heading After an order has been paid, select Automatically fulfill the order's line items. Don't forget to click the Save button when you are done:
