Supliful processes all charges in US dollars (USD), but you can display a different currency in your Shopify store. Understanding how these two settings interact helps you price your products correctly and avoid unexpected charges.
You can update your Shopify store currency by going to Settings β Store Details β Store currency. This changes what your customers see at checkout in your store.
Keep in mind that Supliful will always charge your connected card in USD, regardless of your Shopify currency setting. If your card was issued in another currency, your bank may apply additional exchange rate fees or service charges. Contact your card-issuing bank directly for details on their rates and fees.
Please note!
If your Shopify store displays prices in a currency other than USD (for example, British pounds), you'll need to enter your retail price in Supliful as if it were in that currency. For example, if you want to charge customers Β£30, enter 30 as your retail price in Supliful.
