If your Supliful products appear as “Sold Out” in your Shopify store, don’t worry - this usually means there’s a small configuration issue that’s easy to fix. Below are the most common reasons and how to resolve them.
1. Shipping is not set up correctly
Why this happens?
When you import products from Supliful to Shopify, each Supliful product must be assigned to an active shipping zone. If no valid shipping option is available, Shopify automatically marks the product as “Sold Out.”
How to fix it:
Please follow the instructions on how to set up Supliful Shipping rates here.
2. “Inventory not tracked” box is checked
Why this happens?
Supliful fulfillment is based on demand, so we do not share our stock with Shopify.
If the “Inventory not tracked” box is checked in Shopify, the product’s stock will show as zero, causing it to appear as “Sold Out.”
How to fix it:
Make sure to uncheck "Inventory not tracked" for each product.
✅ Quick Checklist
If your product still shows as “Sold Out,” double-check:
Shipping zones and rates are active.
“Inventory not tracked” is unchecked.
The product is active and published on the Online Store sales channel.
