A fulfillment fee is the cost charged for picking, packing, and shipping a product to your customer. Supliful’s fulfillment fees are based on individual SKUs. That means each unique product has its own fulfillment cost.
First fulfillment fee
For each SKU in an order, the first unit has a base fulfillment fee of $2.49. This covers handling, packaging, and preparing it for shipment.
Example:
If a customer orders 1 unit of SKU A and 1 unit of SKU B, each will be charged a first fulfillment fee because they are separate products.
Additional units of the same SKU
For multiple units of the same SKU, the first unit is charged at the full rate of $2.49, but every additional unit is charged a reduced fee of $1.29.
Example:
1 unit of SKU A = first fulfillment fee $2.49
3 units of SKU A = 1 × first fulfillment fee $2.49 + reduced additional unit fulfillment fee 2 x $1.29 = $5.07
Multiple SKUs in one order
If an order includes multiple different SKUs, each SKU will have its own first-unit fulfillment fee, even if they’re shipped together.
Example:
Let’s say a customer places an order with:
3 units of SKU A
2 units of SKU B
1 unit of SKU C
Fulfillment Fee Breakdown
SKU A
1 unit → first fulfillment fee applies
2 additional units → reduced fee per unit
SKU B
1 unit → first fulfillment fee applies
1 additional unit → reduced fee
SKU C
1 unit → first fulfillment fee applies

For each SKU in an order, the first unit has a base fulfillment fee of $2.49. Every additional unit of the same SKU is charged a reduced fee of $1.29.
