Keeping your billing information up to date ensures your invoices reflect the correct company details. This guide covers how to update billing information for both your Pro Membership or Enterprise Membership plans and your order invoices. Follow the steps below depending on which invoices you need to update.
Updating membership invoice billing information
Log in to your Supliful account and click the arrow on the right of your name, and then select Plan & Billing.
Access the Membership plan section and press Pause plan.
Once the payment information window opens, scroll down to the Billing Information section and click on Update information.
Please enter your company billing details in the required fields and click Save:
4. Updated invoices can be found under the "Invoice History" tab. To download, simply click on the desired invoice.
If you want a specific billing info to be reflected in your order invoices, you need to add it to your Billing tab in your Supliful account. If you leave it empty, we will use the information provided by Stripe:
Log in to your Supliful profile, go to the pop-up menu in the bottom left corner, and click on the Plan & Billing tab.
Then add your company details to the Billing Information section.
