Canceling your membership is a manual process; it won't happen automatically if you disconnect your store or uninstall the Supliful app.
If you don't cancel manually, membership billing will continue. Your membership stays active until the end of your current membership cycle, and unused time is not refunded.
Log in to your Supliful account.
Click on your profile in the left sidebar, select Plan & Billing, and click on the Pause Plan button in the Membership plan section.

You will be taken to the Stripe subscription management page. On the right, click Cancel Subscription:You will be given the option of either canceling or pausing your membership plan for a period of up to 12 months (the option to pause is only available for yearly plans):
Click Cancel subscription to confirm.
To cancel your membership plan if purchased via Shopify:
Go into your Shopify Admin > Settings > Billing > Subscriptions and cancel your plan there.
If that does not work, please contact Shopify Support to cancel the membership.
Please note! You will not be refunded for the unused period by canceling your plan. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
