We have launched new products featuring labels with designated spaces for automatically generated Matrix Codes for fulfillment.
What does this mean?
When we receive an order with the product, a matrix code (similar to a QR code) will automatically be applied to the designated label space. This allows our fulfillment team to process the order more quickly and accurately.
The code is specifically purpose-built and won't harm your design or business - it can not be scanned by a phone or any other device.
What do you need to know?
The designated matrix code field needs to stay in the same place. That way, we can guarantee smooth and fast fulfillment without any delays.
The matrix code will be applied directly on top of your design, so even if you use some shapes and elements, this will not interfere with the matrix code. However, the code space mustn't overlap with any text. Otherwise, the label will no longer comply with the standards, and the fulfillment will be delayed until the label is fixed (our verification team will let you know if that is the case).
