For payments, you can use Supliful credits and a connected credit card. Knowing how these work together helps you avoid payment issues and keeps your orders moving without delays.
Previously, Supliful credits could only be used for manual and sample orders. But now, you can apply your credits to any incoming Supliful order.
By default, your available Supliful credits are used first before your card is charged. If you run out of Supliful credits, the remaining amount is automatically charged to your connected credit card.
If your Supliful credits cover the full order cost, your credit card is not charged. If your Supliful credits don't cover the full amount, Supliful deducts your remaining credits and charges the difference to your connected credit card.
For example, if you have $50 in Supliful credits and your order costs $60, Supliful uses all $50 in credits and charges $10 to your card.
βPlease note!
If you do not have enough Supliful credits to cover the total order cost, make sure to leave at least $2 for the card payment. Card transactions under $2 cannot be processed, and your order will remain unpaid until the balance is resolved.
