To cancel your membership plan if purchased via Supliful website:
Log in to your Supliful account.
Go to the Settings tab -> Billing -> Membership -> and click on the Pause Plan button.
You will be taken to the Stripe subscription management page. On the right, click Cancel Subscription:
You will be given the option of either canceling or pausing your subscription plan for a period of up to 12 months (the option to pause your subscription is only available for yearly plans):
Click on Cancel plan.
To cancel your membership plan if purchased via Shopify:
Go into your Shopify Admin > Settings > Billing > Subscriptions and cancel your plan there.
If that does not work, please contact Shopify Support to cancel the membership.
!NB! Please note that you will not be refunded for the unused period by canceling your plan. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Supliful membership plans do not automatically cancel when you disconnect your Supliful store or uninstall the Supliful app. To stop all membership charges, you must manually cancel them from the Stripe subscription section.
