How does it work?

So, you have decided to purchase one of our design plans?

Here's what's going to happen next:

  1. Once you have processed the payment, you will be taken to a questionnaire.

    You will need to fill out the form with information about your business and design preferences. Also, you will be given several design examples to choose from so our designer can better understand the style you are looking for.

  2. Once you have submitted the questionnaire, our designer will take 2-3 business days to create the first label design.

  3. Once the first design is ready, our account manager will reach out to you to demonstrate the created design and gather feedback.

  4. Our designer will finish the rest of the requested label designs using the feedback. It usually takes another 2-3 business days.

  5. Once all the designs are ready, our customer support team will send you all the created materials.
