After you have connected your Shopify store to Supliful and added products to your store, everything else is pretty much fully automated.

However, since by default Shopify stores are set to Manual Fulfilment, you would need to either send each order to Supliful manually by clicking the Request Fulfillment button:

OR you can set your Shopify store to Automatic Fulfillment by visiting the Shopify Settings --> Checkout. There, scroll down to the Order Processing section and under the heading After an order has been paid, select Automatically fulfil the order's line items. Don't forget to click the Save button when you are done:

Depending on your selected fulfilment method, we will receive the order data from Shopify and and begin fulfilling the order.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the selected shipping method and country of destination.

Once the product is handed to the carrier, both you and your customer receive an automatic email confirming the delivery and providing a tracking code for the package.
