Changing the delivery address is only possible within the first 2 hours of placing an order.*
Once the order status changes to "Accepted," the delivery address can not be edited even by the Customer Support team.
Additionally, address changes are possible before an order ships, but this must be done promptly to ensure accurate delivery.
Reshipping Returned Orders
General Process
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it must first be returned to Supliful’s warehouse. Once the returned package is received and tagged as "Returned," you can provide a new address for reshipment. Ensure the new address is complete to avoid further issues.
Address Updates Before Reshipping
You can update the shipping address before the package is reshipped. This allows you to correct any errors or provide a new destination.
Limitations
Returned orders can only be reshipped within the same country as the original destination address. Reshipping to a different country is not available.
Reshipment Fees
Reshipments may include a reshipment fee, which varies by order. You will be notified of any applicable fees before proceeding.
Tracking Returned Shipments
Supliful will notify you via email once a returned order reaches their warehouse. This ensures you are informed and can take the necessary steps to provide a new address for reshipment.
Custom Return Addresses
If a custom return address was set for an order, the user who set that address is responsible for handling the reshipment process and covering any associated costs. Once the custom return address is removed, future returned orders will default to Supliful’s warehouse.
To update the delivery address:
Login into your Supliful account and go to the Menu dashboard on the left
Go to the Orders tab.
Find the order you want to update and click on it. Next to the delivery address, click on the pencil icon:
Please note that currently, the delivery country cannot be changed as it will change the final delivery price.
Once you have entered the new delivery details, do not forget to click Save at the bottom of the pop-up window:

After an Order Ships
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer possible to update the shipping address. This ensures that the delivery process remains efficient and avoids complications.
