What are Supliful credits?

Learn more about Supliful credits, how to use them as a payment method, and how to top up your account.

Supliful credits are a prepaid balance you can use across all your Supliful charges: orders, membership, and digital services. A smarter alternative to paying by card, giving you more control, fewer interruptions, and lower costs:

  • No processing fees when paying with Supliful credits

  • Uninterrupted fulfillment - no delays caused by insufficient card funds or declined payments

  • No bank blocks - avoid automatic payment flags that can occur when frequent small charges are made, which some banks flag as suspicious activity

What can the Supliful credits be used for?

Supliful Credits are applied automatically to all eligible charges on your account, including:

  • Order payments - cover the cost of your product orders seamlessly

  • Membership charges - keep your membership active without manual payments

  • Digital services - pay for any additional digital features or add-ons

How to top up your Supliful credits?

At the bottom of the sidebar, click your account name. From there, hit the "+" next to Credit balance.

In the pop-up window, select a pre-defined amount or enter a custom value, then click Transfer.

Please note that the minimum top-up amount is $1,000.00

Next, select your preferred payment method:

  • US bank account - link your bank account and transfer funds instantly and seamlessly

  • Bank transfer - receive Supliful's banking details to wire the funds manually at your convenience

When selecting the US bank account payment method, you need to enter your email address, full name, and select the bank you are using.

After approving your bank connection and the payment, you will see a confirmation message that the credits will be added to your account within 1-4 business days.

When selecting the Bank transfer payment method, add your email address and click the Pay button.

You will be provided with the Supliful bank information to create a manual wire transfer.

⚠️ Always include your reference number when making a payment.** This ensures your credits are automatically applied to your account. Without it, our customer support team will need to manually verify and apply your payment, which may cause delays.

Can the purchased credits be refunded?

Yes, if you have unused credits in your account and would like to withdraw them, please contact our customer support team.

Please note that only the following credits are eligible for withdrawal:

  • Purchased credits that have not yet been used

  • Credits refunded due to a faulty or lost order

❗ Credits added to your account as a reward cannot be withdrawn.
