Two key variables affect your product price:
Factor | What It Does |
Membership plan | Determines which pricing tiers you can unlock |
SKU-based tier | Reflects your 30-day order volume per product (SKU) |
Together, they create a dynamic pricing system that rewards scale and loyalty.
How is your price calculated?
Let’s break it down:
Your membership plan defines the highest discount tier you can access.
Your actual tier is based on the number of units you've sold in the last 30 days for that SKU.
Supliful looks at both your plan and your tier to calculate your price.
Example:
You're on the Pro Membership.
Your last 30 days of sales for Product X = 800 units → Tier 5.
Price = Tier 5 under the Pro Membership

Please note that Sample orders are by default always charged at Tier 1 pricing, regardless of volume or membership plan.
Locked tiers
If you're on the Pro Membership but your order volume puts you in a higher tier than your plan allows, your price will stop at the highest tier allowed by your active membership plan.
Example:
You’re on the Pro Plan, but your order volume is at the Tier 9 level (7500 - 9999).
You’ll still be charged according to the highest available rate to Pro Membership users (Tier 7) = $7.55.
With Enterprise Membership, you'd get a $7.29 price.
Want the best prices? The Enterprise Membership offers the highest tier access.

Summary: plans + tiers = pricing power
Your membership plan unlocks access to higher discount tiers.
Your tier level is based on the past 30 days' sales volume per SKU.
