As of March, 2024, the Strengthening Organic Enforcement final rule (SOE) is in effect. This rule introduced significant changes to the USDA organic regulations for many businesses involved in organic trade.

All businesses involved in organic supply chains, including, but not limited to brand holders, resellers, manufacturers, importers, brokers, and traders must now comply with the SOE requirements. Businesses that handle organic products require certification, with very limited exceptions. More information can be found on the Strengthening Organic Enforcement final rule webpage.

Therefore, Supliful strongly recommends not to use any “organic”, “USDA organic” or similar claims on your labels, store, social media, and other sources.
