To make sure Supliful can fulfill your orders easily and hassle-free, there are some TikTok settings you need to avoid.
Do not create shipping labels yourself.
Whether you are using Seller Shipping or TikTok shipping, the shipping labels will always be generated automatically. So you do not need to generate those yourself. In case you have generated the shipping label yourself and the order status gets updated to Awaiting Collection, we can no longer import the order into our system.
Do not use the Automated Order Combination.
Recently, sellers enrolled in Livestream auto-combine feature have been automatically upgraded to Automated order combination for all channels as their current selection.
Unfortunately, we cannot support that feature as each order is being imported in our system separately. Therefore, this feature must be disabled in your TikTok Shop.
To do that, navigate to Orders > Fulfillment Settings > Automated Order Combination and select No thanks, I don't want to auto-combine orders.
