⚠️ This article contains information about upcoming changes in product pricing, which come into effect starting from July 1, 2025.

When you make a payment through our platform, a small processing fee may apply. This fee helps offset the cost of securely processing and recording your transaction through our third-party payment and e-commerce systems. It applies regardless of the payment method used.

Why does this fee exist?

Each time a transaction is made, our payment system works behind the scenes to:

  • Securely transmit your payment information

  • Verify and authorize the payment

  • Settle the funds between banks and payment partners

This ensures a smooth, safe checkout experience for both brand owners and their customers.

How much is the fee?

The processing fee is 2,99% of the total transaction amount. These fees are standard across most e-commerce platforms and are automatically deducted at the point of purchase.

When the fee doesn’t apply

Processing fees do not apply if your brand has a custom agreement with Supliful where:

  • Your orders are fulfilled without immediate payment

  • Supliful provides a consolidated invoice for all orders placed during a defined billing period.

  • You settle the total invoice using your account’s store credit balance

This setup is used in specific cases where brands operate under a contractual invoicing model instead of paying at checkout.

⚠️ This exception is only available to sellers with an officially signed agreement for invoice-based payment terms. It is not available by default.
