Starting November 1st, 2024, TikTok policies have become more strict when selling "Supplement" and "Beauty & Personal Care" products. Now, sellers must apply for a category qualification for products under those two categories.
IMPORTANT! You need to be category qualified before publishing product from Supliful to TikTok.
Here, we provide a step-by-step guide for sellers to apply for the qualifications.

As you can see, Resellers must only submit product labels with all the required details and purchase invoices (but we will get to those later).
Supplement Product Label Requirements
Your product label must be ready for the category qualification process. Please ensure the product labels contain all the required details.
The guide suggests uploading the front and back of the label. However, Supliful label files already contain both the back and front, so there is no need to generate separate files for that—you can upload the label file you have created for your product using the Supliful templates. Make sure the required info is correctly positioned on the label.

As you can see, Resellers must only submit product labels with all the required details and purchase invoices (as with Supplements, we will discuss the Purchase Invoices a bit lower).

Purchase Invoices
Even though the guides suggest that purchase invoices are required, when applying for the qualification, you will see that the invoices are optional.
Purchase invoices might strengthen your case when applying for the category qualification, so if you have previously ordered Supliful samples of products you want to publish in TikTok, you might want to attach those as long as:
The invoice was issued within the last 180 days.
The product shown on the invoice matches the product category that will be listed on the TikTok Shop.
How to apply for the Category Qualification
You can submit the required documents through the Qualification Center in your Seller Center by clicking here or following the steps below.
Log into your TikTok Seller Center account.
Click on your shop icon at the top right side of the screen.
Go to My Account > Account Settings.
Select Qualification Center.
Click on Category Qualification.
Click on Add Category Authorization and follow the prompts to submit your application.
Submitting Promts
First, select the product category for which you want to qualify. Lower, you can find the respective TikTok categories for Supliful products that can be published to TikTok.
Next, type in Reseller under Seller Self-Identification.
Now, upload your product label containing all the required details under Product Photos of Dietary Supplement Labels.
Skip the FDA Food Facility Registration and Certificate of Current Good Manufacturing Practice, as those are required for Manufacturers only.
Finally, if you have an invoice for your previous Supliful product purchases, you can upload it, but that is optional.
Please note that the category qualification review can take up to 14 days. Also, it is solely at TikTok discretion if your product will be qualified for a selected category.
