You can now sell your own brand supplements without the need for Shopify, Woo-commerce, or any other e-commerce platform. Here is a complete guide on how to create and sell products using the Supliful hosted storefront.

Start by logging into your Supliful account.

You can create your storefront under the Stores tab or directly from the product editor page.

Creating the storefront under the Stores tab

  1. Click on Stores on the top of your Supliful account:

  2. Click on “Create Supliful Storefront”:

  3. Fill out all the store details fields and click Create:

  4. In the pop-up window, click Take me to Stripe to create a payment account:

  5. Alternatively, if you do not want to finish the setup right now, you can click on the three dots next to your store and select Activate to complete the Stripe setup:

  6. Fill out all the necessary fields in Stripe to create a payment account for your store. That way, when a customer purchases something from your store, you will receive your profit right away. And we will receive our payment for our service, so won’t need to pay us anything additionally.

!NB! When filling out the Industry field, and selecting "Supplements or nutraceuticals", you will see the following message:

Supplements are still considered a grey area, and Stripe might decline your payment account.
    To avoid this:
    a. If the field is not mandatory, leave it untouched, do not select any option.

    b. If the field is mandatory, select "Food and Drink" -> "Other food and dining" instead:

  7. Once the Stripe setup is complete, your store status will get updated to Active:

  8. You can now publish products to your storefront directly from the product editor (please make sure your Billing details are filled out on the Settings page):

  9. To publish a product to your storefront, on the product editor page, after you have finished editing your product, click Publish:

  10. A link to your product will be generated:

  11. Here is what the product page will look like:

The page will automatically generate the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy using your business details. Under "Contact Us" your customers will find the email address you have indicated when setting up the store.

Copy and paste the product link to your social media to urge your customers to make a purchase.

Creating the storefront on the Product Editor Page

  1. Select the product from the catalog that you wish to start selling and click on it.

  2. On the product page, click on Customize and Sell.

  3. Edit the product price and description if needed, and upload the label PDF file.

  4. Under Step 3, click Set up your store:

  5. In the pop-up, select Create Supliful Storefront:

  6. Fill out all the store details fields and click Create:

  7. In case you have not filled out your Billing details yet, you will be reminded to fill them out - simply click on Billing Details in the checklist and fill in the fields in the pop-up.

  8. Next, click Publish and a link to your product page will be generated:

  9. For now, it will be available for preview only. To start selling, you need to activate your storefront. Click on Stores on top of your Supliful account:

  10. Click on the three dots next to your store and select Activate to complete the Stripe setup:

  11. Fill out all the necessary fields in Stripe to create a payment account for your store. That way, when a customer purchases something from your store, you will receive your profit right away. And we will receive our payment for our service, so won’t need to pay us anything additionally.

  12. Once the Stripe setup is complete, your store status will get updated to Active:

  13. You can now publish products to your storefront directly from the product editor and start selling immediately.

*Since this is a Beta version, we have made it free to use for all creators. We might make this feature available for an extra fee in the future.
